Can items from my VIP upgrade be shipped to me?

If you miss or cannot attend your meet and greet, you will not be eligible to receive any items included in your VIP upgrade; these are only granted in-person at the VIP event. Due to shipping costs and the risk of losing your items during shipment, we cannot send items to you directly.
