How do I purchase a upgrade for someone else?

If you are trying to purchase an upgrade as a gift, please buy the upgrade in your name and reach out to support@engagetix.com with the artist name, event date, your name, order number and the name you wish to put the upgrade under.

If you are purchasing two packages, one for yourself and one for someone else, as long as you are at pick-up with your identification and pick-up information, you can pick up both.
