Where are my VIP upgrade items?

All VIP Upgrades are exclusively available as Will Call pick-ups. That means that we do not mail or email anything to you. Instead, you pick up any relevant items at the venue on the day of the show.

We will send an email to you detailing your VIP experience's info, including where to pick up your VIP items, 48 hours before the show. Here is an example email where we note pick up location:
